The newly renovated duplex flat is located on the fifth floor of Haus Valaisia (accessible by lift) and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the lower floor you will find an open cloakroom and a day toilet at the entrance. Continue into a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: an induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, oven and microwave. The owners recommend enjoying the balcony with its fantastic view of the Alps, for which a table and chairs are provided.

The wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide) with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The other bedroom has a double bed (140cm wide), a bunk bed (90cm wide), a chest of drawers and a desk (ideal for a home office). One bathroom has a washbasin and a shower, the other bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.

There is also a central storage room on the ground floor for skis, snowboards and ski boots with ski-in and ski-out access.
